Babette on the beach

My part of an Art Trade with He wrote this sidestory for my OC Babette, when she took a holyday on an island in his sleeping world of SSU.


Babette on the beach
After arriving to this strange world (the SSU) through a magical portal, Martha and Amelie were slightly off put when their friend Babette fell asleep on the beach. Although they were concerned about leaving her, she seemed fine snoring away with other sunbathers and mermaids of many kinds on the beach. However, only a few minutes after they left, the beach was visited by a clan of oni.

In the SSU oni are a strange race. The come from Japan and resemble demonesses with their horns. Like all the races of the SSU, oni are a friendly race but they have a mischievous streak in them. Oni love to eat their favorite food which happen to be the navels of sentient females. There were many kinds of oni; neko-oni enjoyed the navels of feline races, indigo oni enjoyed the navels of nymphs and hippies. But the oni that came across Babette and the other beachgoers were the aptly named beach oni.

The beach oni stood out with their sand-colored skin and hair and their bikinis composed of seashells. Beach oni loved to eat the navels of mermaids, sunbathers and all races who visited the beach. Because all races loved to visit the beach they had an eclectic taste.

The clan of beach oni came across the sleeping beachgoers. “All right girls, dinner’s ready.” said Akiko the head of the clan “Just make sure you don’t get sand in your navels” she quipped. The other oni laughed. Oni took navels from other females with no effort. The way oni removed the navels was to put their fingers inside the navel and then pluck them out.

Soon the beach oni began their feast. A mother was helping her young daughters get the navels of some girls asleep near the sandcastle they built. Another took the navel of a halai, a beach nymph. In place of her navel was a pale hole around her tan midriff. One pregnant beach oni was enjoying the sucker-like navel of a pregnant cecalia. One took the navel of a pinctadian an oyster woman. She would give the pearl in the pinctadian’s navel to her hoseski-oni (oni who eat gems) friend. However Akiko was looking for a special navel on this trip. She wanted something different on this trip. Mere mermaid or carcharmaid navels would satisfy her on this trip.

It was then that Akiko noticed the snoring Babette. She was intrigued. Oni rarely get a chance to enjoy the navels of blonde humans. When they get an opportunity they take it. The other oni were more than happy to let Akiko enjoy the treat. After all she was their leader and she had brought them to this beach.

Akiko was delicate in putting her finger in Babette’s navel. Babette only stirred a little but she was asleep through the process. It just took a minute but soon Akiko plucked the Babaette’s navel and ate it. It was definitely a rare treat she truly enjoyed. Babette’s navel had a sweet taste to it.

After their feast, the beach oni became sleepy. The navels had made them full and now they wanted to nap on beach. Finding a secluded corner of the beach, the beach oni fell asleep together and snored very loudly, with Akiko snoring the loudest among them.

Soon after the beach oni’s feast, more visitors came to the beach. They were beautiful Arabian women who wore shimmering gold bikinis. They were priestesses of the goddess Ishtar and they were accompanying her to meet six of her fellow goddesses in the palace in the center of the city.

Ishtar was a beautiful goddess who resembled an Arabian woman and stood out with a pair of horns. She was enjoying the beautiful beach weather before she and her priestesses went to the palace. She rarely got to enjoy a pleasant sea breeze.

Ishtar saw that all of the women and girls were all asleep but this did not surprise her. What did surprise her was that all of them lacked their navels. She was puzzled by this. Nazira her head priestess came to her “Great Ishtat, what troubles you?” Ishtar answered “Look around Nazira every woman and girl on this beach is missing their navel. I wonder what caused this?”

Ishtar found the answer to her question when she looked at the clan of beach oni asleep together. “Aha!” Ishtar exclaimed bringing her priestess to come to her “Now I understand, the culprits are these naughty beach oni.” “Oh yes your Grace. This is just like the clan of desert oni who were at our local oasis.” added Layla another priestess.

“You are correct Layla. And like there we shall rectify the situation before we head to the castle for our get-together at the palace” Ishtar said. With that, Ishtar instructed her priestesses to kiss the navels of the beach goers so their navels would be restored. While her priestesses undid the oni’s work, Ishtar used her magic to make it so and put the beach oni in a deep sleep.

Suddenly Ishtar noticed one of the beachgoers. It was Babette still happily snoring away. There was something about her that intrigued Ishtar. She sensed greatness in this visitor of her world.

Without a word, Ishtar knelt down to Babette and personally kissed her midriff to restore her navel. Babette responded with a smile and a graceful snore. Ishtar laughed at her response.

Nazira then came to Ishtar “Your grace, we must away. The other goddesses are expecting us”. “You’re correct Nazira. If we are late that naughty Eris will claim my throne.” Ishtar then hailed her priestess and they continued their journey.

As they left the beach, Ishtar took Nazira aside and told her to remind her to speak with Dreama the makhadda. She wanted the genie to talk with this blonde beauty in her dreams. Ishtar was certain that Babette had the potential to be one of her priestesses, perhaps even one of the greatest.
