Martha, the family maker - Part 3

Later that evening, Amelia and Julia met in the hotel. "Is this the hotel where you work?" Julia asked.

"I don't work here anymore. But my friend still lives here." Amelia explained.

"Alright. But how can your friend help me?" Julia asked.

"I'll introduce you to her. Then you will see." Amelia led Martha to the hotel's lobby. She took Martha's lamp and passed it to Julia. "Rub it, please."

Julia gave Amelia a questioning look. "You're kidding me? A genie? What's this? A hoax for a television show?"

"I'm serious. Please give it try. What do you have to lose?" Amelia said.

"I'm warning you. If this is a hoax..." Julia rubbed the lamp. Suddenly, a woman with red hair and green skin appeared.

"I'm Martha, the genie of the lamp. I will grant you three wishes, Mistress!" The woman introduced herself.

"I can't believe it!" Julia said. "I can really have a wish. Can you undo my pregnancy?"

"Sorry, I can't do that. There are some rules for your wishes: you can't wish for more wishes, you can't wish that I'm bound to you after your last wish is granted, I'm not allowed to bend the free will of a person(like making someone fall in love with you), I can't bring the dead back and, most important here, I can't kill! Undoing your pregnancy would kill the unborn child. I can't do it and, seriously, I don't want to." Martha explained angrily.

"Please calm down." Julia tried to ease Martha. "Can you at least bring that jerk of a father here?"

"I can do that." Martha replied. "Is that your wish?" When Julia confirmed, Martha blinked and a young man, maybe a few years older than Martha and Julia, appeared. He was wearing fancy clothes as if he was just at a dance or in the disco.

"Long time no see, Simon!" Julia greeted him with a sour smile.

"Julia? What are you doing here? Where am I? What happened?" Simon asked.

"I summoned you here because I wanted to show you something." Julia exposed her belly. "Here's your child growing."

Simon tried to play stupid. "My child? I don't know what you mean?"

"You know what I mean! The night we spent together after the club?"

"Listen, if you don't want the child, get an abortion." Simon said, coldly.

Julia grew silent for a moment. A few minutes ago, she had practically asked Martha for exactly the same thing. Now, she didn't want to do it anymore. Instead, she had another idea. "Martha, I know you can't undo my pregnancy. But can you pass it to somebody else?"

"I can do that." Martha said.

"Then I wish that Simon would have to carry our child."

"Your wish is granted!" Martha said and blinked.

"Oh, and can you progress the pregnancy to, say, six months? Then he won't be allowed to abort it."

"Sure thing." Martha said and blinked again. "That would be your third wish."

"What the...?!?" Julia said as she suddenly felt her whole body change.
"What the...?!?" Simon said as his body changed, too. His facial features grew softer, two mounds grew on his chest, his arms and legs became more slender. Then, he felt the area between his legs change. There was a strange motion in his belly, which grew considerably within seconds. When the transformation was finished, Simon had turned into a young mother-to-be, six months into her pregnancy.

Julia was happy. "Now you will face the consequences of your deeds. Now you get what you deserve."

Simon smiled back. "It seems you got your share, as well. Take a look at yourself."

Julia looked down at herself. Martha had actually changed her, as well. Her whole body was more muscular, there was beard stubble on her face. A quick check between her legs confirmed her worst fears. Martha had turned her into a man. "What did you do, Martha! I didn't wish for this."

"Jules, you were right. Simone was responsible for the child and she needs to take care of it. But you are responsible for the child, too. So what would be more appropriate than turning you into the child's father?" Martha replied with a smile.

"Forget it. Martha, I wish that you turn me back into Julia, without making me pregnant again." Jules angrily ordered.

"I'm sorry, Master, but you already had your three wishes." Martha explained.

"How about Simon? Doesn't he still have his wishes?" Jules proposed.

"If Simone dares to make a wish..." Martha smiled back.

Simone hadn't said a word yet. She was in shock.

"I don't think Simone is capable of making a wish, anytime soon!" Martha said.

"And what shall I do now?" Jules asked.

"How about you take care of Simone, first? She and your unborn child will need any support they can get." Martha proposed. "Don't worry, you still got your old jobs and places. But you are now Jules and Simone."

"Well..." Jules sighed. "I guess I have no other choice, for now." Jules went onto his knees in front of Simone and took her hand. "Simone, I didn't want to be in this situation to begin with. But Martha is right. We are responsible for our unborn child. And I'm willing to take this responsibility. So, I ask you to do the same. Let the two of us be good parents to our child."

Simone blushed. " 'kay..." she simply mumbled.
